Returns:
At Ventura Salt Co., we take great pride in being a small business that works hard to provide quality products and excellent service. We kindly ask for your understanding as you review our return policy:
Return & Exchange Policy:
At Ventura Salt Co. you have the option to return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be brand new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back so please ensure that returning items are well packaged. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping cost.All sales are final on eFoils and efoil accessories. Our normal return policy does not apply to these products.
Warranty Claims:
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’re here to help. Please contact our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through the warranty process to ensure the issue is resolved.
Processing Times:
Warranty claims may involve extended processing times as they are handled through the manufacturer. While we do our best to assist and advocate on your behalf, we cannot be responsible for delays outside our control.

Back Order / Out of Stock items
Anything ordered on back order that is not in stock is considered a special order and is non refundable. Ventura Salt Co LLC is not responsible delays from other suppliers.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Damage:
You must check your package immediately after shipping has arrived to confirm no damage has occurred during shipping.
Ventura Salt Co. must be contacted us within 72 hours of delivery with any damage claims including photos of the damage and box. Any claims beyond 72 hours of delivery will be considered delivered in new condition.
Warranty Issues:
If your gear fails due to manufacturing defect, we welcome you to contact us in order to facilitate a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer. Please email mo@venturasaltco.com and provide the following information:
- Name, order number, best method of contact
- Describe the defect
- Closeup picture(s) of the defect
- Picture of the serial number
- Picture of the entire product
- Any special timelines or address changes
